Yes. Local pickup is available for customers in the Jacksonville, FL area. 

Where can I pick up my order?

Local pickup takes place at a designated meeting location in Jacksonville, Fl. The exact pickup address will be provided in your order confirmation email once your order has been processed. 

When can I pick up my order? 

Pickup Hours 

Monday - Friday : 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Saturday : 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM 

Sunday : Closed 

Is same-day pick up available?

Most orders are ready for same-day pickup.

Same-day pickup cutoff times: 

Monday - Friday : Orders placed before 6:00 PM

Saturday : Orders placed before 2:00 PM 

Orders placed after these times will be ready the next business day.

How will I know my order is ready?

You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. 

How does  pickup work? 

To ensure a smooth pickup experience: 

1. Text our pickup line at 904-580-3766 when you are on the way.

2. Once you arrive at the pickup location, text the same number to confirm your arrival.

3. Your order will be brought directly to your vehicle.

What if I don’t pick up my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. 

Orders not picked up within 30 days will be returned to inventory and issued as store credit. Refunds are not available at the time.
