What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be reviewed.
What if my package is marked delivered but I don’t have it?
Once an order is in the hands of the carrier, Shop For Keeps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local post office for further assistance.
